Add people
Add a name and phone, and mark the person as a customer, freelancer or partner. Email, company, PAN or GSTIN are optional. ID files are stored, not reviewed.

Create an order
Pick the person, add products, SKUs or a bundle, and set the dates. A draft holds no stock, so a quote never blocks anyone else. Record a deposit if you take one.

Reserve
Reserve when the dates should come off availability. RentalOS checks stock first, counting other reserved and dispatched orders, and skips units in maintenance.

Dispatch
Dispatch sends the whole order out. The items stay held and cancel is no longer available. Still out after the return day? The dashboard lists it as overdue.

Return
Return the order when the items are back. Unticked units can be booked again. Units ticked as damaged go to maintenance until an Owner frees them. Note UPI, cash or bank payments.

Invoice
Once an order is reserved, dispatched or returned, generate a GST invoice PDF. Set GST, your GSTIN and the rate in Settings. The activity log keeps every important change.
